LRSV9501-2E is a PCIe5.0 x16 to external 2* MCIO 8i Retimer Adapter independently developed by Linkreal Co., Ltd., based on the Broadcom® BCM85657 controller. It is equipped with two MCIO 8i connectors, enabling high-speed signal transmission. LRSV9501-2E is fully compliant with PCIe Gen5/Gen4/Gen3/Gen2/Gen1 standards and supports the Compute Express Link® (CXL) 2.0 protocol. It offers excellent signal integrity and protocol-transparent forwarding capabilities. Supporting multiple lane bifurcation modes, the card can reliably extend PCIe signals from the host platform to external devices via up to two MCIO (Mini Cool Edge IO) 8-lane interfaces. The retimer functionality enhances PCIe signal quality to meet the demands of low-latency, high-bandwidth data transfers.With this expansion card, users can easily connect the host system to multiple external JBOF storage devices, achieving flexible NVMestorage resource expansion and deployment.
